Scale" Counting Station |

OPERATION:
Operator manually slides parts/pieces into bag from a convenient table
arrangement. The partition table allows several different parts to
be staged on the same table without risk of intermingling. The Flip
Scale weighs each part as it is slid onto to the scale. The scale
display shows the total parts count and automatically dumps the correct
quantity into the T-1000 bagger. |

OPERATION:
Operator manually places product(s) into bag. If equipped with a
Light Curtain, the bagger automatically seals the bag and opens the next
bag for filling as soon as the operator's hand leaves the loading area.
The standard T-1000 includes a footswitch to allow the operator to
manually trigger the seal cycle when the bag has been loaded. |

parts and count or weigh/count them into your bag. Simply load the
system and let it run. An automatic Thermal Transfer Printer can be
