Troubleshooting Tips and Part # Information

To increase the seal bar's dwell time, repeatedly press and release the "Seal Time" button.  To decrease the seal bar's dwell time, repeatedly press and release the "Cool Time" button.

More appropriate labels for the buttons would be:

"Seal Time" = "Seal Time INCREASE" and

"Cool Time" = "Seal Time DECREASE"

Essentially, the "Seal Time" and "Cool Time" buttons increase and decrease the seal bar's dwell, respectively.  The more your press/release, press/release each button/switch, the more the switch increments the dwell time in its respective direction.

NOTE: Some machines were accidentally built with the buttons in the wrong positions.  Therefore, in some rare cases, the "Heat Time" button may actually DEcrease the seal time and the "Cool Time" button may INcrease the seal time.

Note: Older machines have a "Seal Time" knob.  The more you turn the knob clockwise, the longer the dwell time.  The more you turn the knob counter-clockwise, the shorter the dwell time.

For T-200s with the Omega digital temperature controller; to adjust the temperature:

1) Press the left-most button until screen shows "SP 2"

2) Press the Enter (right-most) button

3) Four digits should appear on the screen.  Use the UP and DOWN arrow keys until the display shows 310°F.  This is the factory-recommended temperature setting for the T-200.

4) When the display reads 310°F, press the Enter (right-most) button.
