Threaded Band Tension Mechanism for Emplex Sealers

To improve the user's ability to change sealing bands and restore proper tension to the bands, Emplex has replaced the old cam-lock mechanism with a new precision tension device.

The new threaded band tension mechanism is available as an upgrade for existing sealers with cam-style, quick-release band tension mechanisms.  Please contact us for details on upgrading your Emplex 6100 or 7100 sealer to the new tensioner!
